Orders & Shipping

How often do you ship out orders?

We are currently on a summer shipping schedule. All orders will ship Mon-Wed. This is to prevent your candle from melting during the hotter months.

During sales and the holiday season, orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (often sooner). 

We ship through USPS and UPS. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. Please allow 24-36 hours for tracking to be issued.

Please be sure to enter the correct address in the shipping field. District Wick is not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect address.

Where does my order ship from?

We currently reside in Atlanta, GA.

Do you restock products?

YES! All signature scents will restock regularly. Please know that District Wick is a very small business, so we ask that you remain patient as we update our out of stock inventory. Please subscribe to our SMS list to be the first to know about our product restock

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

For the safety of all of our clients, District Wick cannot accept returns or exchanges. We ask that you carefully consider each selection before you purchase.

What if my item is damaged?
